How To Make Pomelo Peel Sugar Using Rock Sugar
Ingredient:
1 Pomelo fruit: weighs about 1.8kg (~ 4 lbs)
Rock sugar: 250g (~0.4lb)
Water: 200ml
Salt: 2 teaspoons (2tsp)

Separate the Pomelo peel from the fruit flesh.
Strain the green or yellow rind from the white rind.
Cut the white peel into squares about 2cmX2cm
